The Coalition

Recognizing and acknowledging the crippling workforce shortage, business owners, associations, and educational facilities are working together to develop a program that helps to encourage interest in careers in the Construction Industry.

The Mission

To collaborate in recruiting and attracting workforce talent through education, retention, and awareness for sustainable employment and career development within the Construction Industry.

The Initiative

Through the VirginiaBuilds marketing and communications Campaign, will educate Virginia’s youth, parents, teachers, and key influencers on the careers and opportunities the Construction Industry has to offer. By implementing an improved image of the Construction Industry, our focus to recruit the next generation of a skilled workforce will sustain our future.
